CalOptima needed to modernize a multilingual public healthcare platform under strict regulatory and accessibility constraints. I directed the system-level redesign of CalOptima.org, delivering a clear, mobile-first experience that reduced support volume by 90% and met WCAG 2.1 AA.
Aeris was rebranding under iRobot and needed a scalable UX foundation to support conversion, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency. I defined the UX strategy and design infrastructure for the relaunch, delivering an accessible, token-based component system that accelerated delivery and drove a 25% lift in checkout completion.
